Lobi Cafe & Eatery — Restaurant in Balikpapan

Visited twice, served with wrong order everytime, and no compensation made 2nd time, I really had to went as far as asking for possible discount due to the lack of main ingredients in my meal (ordered Chicken Shrimp Pasta then served with Chicken-Only Pasta, said they forgot to put the Shrimp & Mushroom in it, exactly what made me order it in the first place) but in the end they just beat around the bush and i still left paid full price. Sigh.. At least they sorry (?) I think, not really sure to be honest.

Not to be petty really, it's not about a little money, not at all, I just thought that's not how one should do business FAIRLY. I mean.. why customer be the one responsible for things staff messed up? Customers should NOT pay for what is NOT served to them. Right?

Also disappointed by how they handled their OWN mistake. Poor Customer Service it is.

It doesn’t matter if you make a mistake, it can happen. It’s how you deal with it.

Nice atmosphere and interior design. Food taste is quite standard. What bothers me so much is the noise from the kitchen/staffs area when they were yelling at each other and screams/curses loudly (not sure whether they were just playing around or not), but it's very unpleasant to hear since it happens constantly during our visit. I have stated my concern to the cashier. Hope there will be some improvement but I don't think I will...

Suasana, ambience bagus, Pelayanan, bagus Makanan, poor banget. Kebetulan datang untuk dinner. Maaf ya kalau sy bilang beef black pepper yg dipesan yg dimasak adalah beef sauted (oseng daging sapi dg irisan bw bombay dan cabe besar😂😂😂) baru kali ini saya melihat dan menyantap beef black pepper model begini, boro2 black pepper, rasanya sejumput black pepper gk ada sama sekali, beefnya masih keraas, ayam asam manisnya pun sangat asam tidak ada manis2 nya juga sapo tahunya, meskipun bahan yg dimasukan premium tapi cara masaknya sama sekali bukan sapo tahu, tapi tumis tahu rasanya. Saya pencinta Chinese food tau banget utk ketiga masakan tsb bagaimana cara memasaknya, dan kekentalan kuah utk ketiganya juga gk didapat. Sangat menyedihkan. Hanya satu masakan yg saya bilang cukup enak, yaitu iga bakar, sayangnya daging belum lembut, perlu perjuangan untuk mengunyahnya juga tidak disediakannya pisau steak utk memotong daging iga yg disajikan. Utk minuman lumayan lah, kopi biasa aja, tidak ada yg istimewa agak sedikit poor. Harga, lumayan agak pricey, gak cocok dg rasa yg dimasak. Saran, chefnya mungkin harus belajar banyak lagi Chinese food. Jangan membuat Chinese food dg harga pricey tapi...
