My new favourite AYCE place in Balikpapan.

Kualitas daging dari belly sampai wagyu semuanya bagus dan fresh. Ga sembarangan. Slicing nya pas ga tipis. Bahkan sosisnya pun enak dan berasa dagingnya, ada varian sosis yg isi keju, enak banget. Selada juga bagus dan fresh. Mozarella enak dan ga pelit ngasihnya ❤️

Jika ada yg bisa diperbaiki sepertinya dari sisi staff. Staffnya kurang sigap. Saat kunjungan pertama, ada staff yang malah main Mobile Legend dibelakang kasir (suara gamenya terdengar 😂). Lalu staff lainnya pun hanya diam duduk di kursi kasir. Tidak ada yg standby. Jadinya plate yg kotor dan butuh diangkat, menumpuk di atas meja, padahal mejanya cukup kecil 🥲 Dan untuk manggil staff pun jadi harus berdiri dan nyamper ke kasir.

Tapi di kunjungan2 berikutnya sudah aman, kok. Ada satu staff yg sigap, gesit dan sangat paham dengan produk Social Grill saat ditanya2. Yaitu mas2 yg pakai kacamata 😁 Pelayanannya selalu bagus dan patut diberi reward ⭐ wkwk..

Dari sisi manajemen juga keren, sih. Jujur cukup kaget pas baca2 Google Reviewnya, pihak Social Grill benar2 membalas komen satu persatu dengan sangat proper. Bahkan durasi AYCE yang awalnya 90 menit ditingkatkan menjadi 120 menit berkat komen dari 1 orang customer 👏 Terbaik pokoknya
