Have you ever trusted someone so much, but suddenly she turned out into someone we never know anymore. disappointed aint it?

That's what I experienced tonight. Today I plan to eat here in hopes of killing my hunger after a day of fasting. I didn't eat my takjil too much because I still really remember the taste of the Ayam Kampung Package which indeed has never changed since I first came here.

It's about 8PM I arrived here. I asked the waiter directly about the Ayam Kampung Package. and she said that it's still order-able. For your information, the main contain of Ayam Kampung Package is Rice, Ayam kampung with Sambel Ijo, and some other toppings.

The presentation duration was about 15 minutes, it's quite longer than usual. but I tried to understand it since it is the Dinner time and the queue was quite crowded. What made me super duper upset was about the menu that I ordered was really different from what it supposed to.

Why? because it's not my 9th or 10th times to eat here. They served me with super tiny Ayam Kampung as you can see in pic, and what made me come to the conclusion that it was my worst decision to eat here tonight was about the Sambal. They fed me Sambal Terasi which I never able to eat it due to my allergic. I directly complained to the waiters but he just replied me with stuffy response template "Maaf ya mas, tapi sambalnya sudah habis. cuma tersisa ini" At this point I felt really betrayed. (at this moment I didnt see the Ayam yet due to I was focus on my complain to the Sambal).

I was forced to eat the food since I didn't eat takjil that much before. y'all know what I'm saying?. When I paid my bill to the cashier I repeated my question. "Kalo di paket, sambelnya terasi apa ijo?" and she replied "Ijo mas, tapi dapet terasi ya? maaf ya mas CS nya ga ngasih tau ya sebelumnya" I was silent in my disappointment as I left the cashier directly.

It's really a heart-breaking night for me. I mean if you guys are out of Sambal ijo stock, just tell the customers directly because not all of them are able to eat your Sambal terasi which is literally "suck" and even Sambal terasi sachet is four times more delicious than yours. I felt humiliated just because my appearance was really dingy you did not serve me well. I'm sorry but I paid you the same like others but your service was a shame.

Afwan sebelumnya, tapi gue jujur ga dibuat2. Semoga pelayanannya lebih baik atau at least kayak dulu lagi aja dah. Semoga cuma gue yang...

The food is delicious but little bit spicy. Well, it depends on sambal you choose.

The cooking time is fast not too long. But, when I eat here, I got my food first then my beverage.

The waitress and waiter are really unique. The girl wears like fully hijab.

But the food runner kinda underrated service. He just like throw away my order. Well, i know the gap between table and him is little bit far. But seriously throwing without smiling or even staring to the food?

But still the food is...

Tempat makan dan area parkir cukup luas.. Tapi mgkn akan lebih nyaman berkunjung diluar jam makan siang.. Untuk area makan ada pilihan kursi dan lesehan..

Sistemnya open kitchen gtu.. Jadi kita bisa melihat bagaimana pesanan kita disiapkan.. Untuk pilihan menu cukup beragam dan biasanya menu paket sudah lengkap dapat nasi, lauk pilihan, lauk pendamping (orek tempe, bihun dan tahu terong goreng), lalapan dan sambal.. Tersedia 2 pilihan sambal, sambal bawang ijo dan sambal goreng merah, tapi dua2nya ga pedas..
