My Favorite bubble tea, Chatime. There are so many variants and toppings also. The drinks is awesomely delicious. A good ways of improving their customer service is to exposed their staff to understand why they need to treats customer properly. my favorit is Hazelnut Chocolate Milk Tea with pudding topping

Salah satu pilihan jajan minuman buat saya dan keluarga kalo ke Ubertos. Pilihan minumannya banyak, dari variasi teh, variasi teh buah2n dan lainnya. Harganya pun so so lah ya. Chatime gitu loh, semurah2nya ya segitu. Tapi yang saya suka pelayanan Chatime selalu prima. Dari proses order, pembayaran hingga pengambilan orderan. Kalo lagi penuh aja agak lama dikit, tapi so far pelayanan Chatime Ubertos selalu oke. Abis belanja di Super Indo, udahannya melipir kesini.

Padahal sengaja langsung ke strore biar bisa pake topping

Barusan saya order Chatime disini pakai GoFood, pesan 7 dikirim 3 maksudnya gimana ya ini tolong? Kasihan mamang GoJek-nya malem-malem gini jadi bolak-balik, mana macet malam minggu. Tolong perhatikan lebih baik lagi dengan teliti, pesanan pembeli tuh ada berapa pcs. Pas telpon ke nomor CS malah ngga bisa, karena di luar jam kerja. Sekarang mamang GoJek-nya sedang balik kesana lagi buat minta ganti rugi juga. Tolong perbaiki service Chatime cabang...
