This facility needs a lot of improvement, should it aims for customer's satisfaction. Cleanliness is a serious concerns, tables and chairs are often found to be dusty (as the place is right next to a busy alternative routes to Lembang).

Pest, like stray cats are nuisances, hand washing stations are poorly maintained, rusty and trash bins are not regularly emptied as accumulated trash and buckets from food leftover + dirty dishes are placed next to the visitors' hand washing stations that attracting flies and stray cats.

The staffs weren't too friendly and not informative. Didn't seem to look very pleasant to welcome guests. Here they don't hand out the menu so we have to go to the front to pick our food, but like i said the seller/staff here isn't informative and not friendly.
