Martabak Pandan Jaya Ayung — Restaurant in Bangka-Belitung Islands

Couple times buy and eat Hoklopan original and pandan at this place, I enjoy the taste and the toppings but in my opinion and taste, it's better to keep the Outer hoklopan surface crispy but not too overcooked. (it will be turn into Black not golden brown). So the Butter won't be well seep/absorb to the Hoklopan but make the Hoklopan too sticky with butter.
