Udh jadi pelanggan bento Umy dri tahun 2020. Sekarang emng lebih luas cafenya, terutama ruangan bagian AC . Tapi, dulu ruangan kecil AC dibento jadi favorit . Sekarang gerah banget😩 ac-nya gak kerasa, ruangannya tertutup jadi pengap. Bisa pilih spot luar, tapi klo kesana siang, panas banget . angin alami gak kerasa. Kipasnya juga minim. Jadi buat nugas kurang nyaman 🙏🥺 mungkin bisa jadi evaluasi buat ruangan ber AC untuk menambah ac-nya atau apa kak kedepannya .

sama satu lagi, minum kopi bayar cup lagi 1000. dulu tuh pake gelas, kalo gelasnya habis baru diganti cup. saran aja min, selain keuntungan yuk kita sama2 berjuang untuk mengurangi sampah pelastik. balik lagi pake gelas kyk dulu, aku gak keberatan disuruh beli cup pelastik, tapi rasanya sayang dan eman banget jdi banyak sampah menumpuk Terimakasih, mohon maaf kritiknya banyak soalnya udaj sesayang itu sama bento dari dulu. penyesuaian memang perlu tapi kepuasan konsumen juga perlu diperhatikan ya min......
