Masih banyak layanan yang perlu ditingkatkan. Pertama dari update no telp/ hp yang dpt dihubungi, diinternwt tertulis, no telp n hp tapi dihubungi tidak ada yg bisa. Padahal ini hal yg penting, secara pelayanan online sdh ada. Kedua prosedur penumpang alurnya kalau datang penumpang wajib lapor atau istilahnya checkin (lalu dpt kupon makan sticker bagasi) setelah checki in lapor nama ke bagian informasi ditempat yg berbeda Hal ini menurut saya sangat tidak efektif. Kalau sudah check in ngapain penumpang hrs lapor lg di informasi? Bs efektif komputerisasi yg lengkap checkin sudah sekalian konfirmasi penumpang. Untuk alut yg rumit itu tidak ada penjelasan yg jelas, jd bagi yg pertama naik Rosin akan sangat bingung dan banyak mondar mandirnya. Masih mending kalau ada papan yg njelasin alur penumpang, jd bs dibaca. Parahnya lagi bagian Rumah Makan, Ibu sy naik Eksekutive pluss SHD (dpt 2 kupon : makan di Agen,snack di RM yg ditunjuk) nah dulu sy pernah naik bus jg, makan bisa ditake away, atau dibungkus bagi penumpang yg tdk ingin makan di RM mhkn kr sdh makan. Nah saya tukarkan itu kupon makan, saya bilang ke petugas pengecekan kupon makan, "Mbak makannya dibungkus bisa?" Jwb petugas yg ngambil² kupon, "Bisa , langsung saja ke kasir!" Saya org baru, nganter Ibu sy. Auto menuju tempat yg dimaksud, di situ ada petugas Kasir, saya serahka tiket dan kuponnya, lalu mbak Kasirnya menginstruksi ke temannya, "Mas tolong dibungkusin 1 ya" lalu masnya tanya mau lauk apa, adanya tinggal Kikil, ayam terik, sayur nangka, acar kuning. (Semacam masakan padang). Sekali lagi saya yg belum pernah tau alurnya ya dengab pede milih kikil kr ga ada pilihan lain (kr sy kasihan Ibu saya jika hrs kerepotan makan ayam bahian sayap) lalu tambah sayur nangka, acar kuning. Setelah selesai diserahkan ke kasir. Nah yg bikin saya syok mbak kasir bilang, nambahnya Rp.7.500. Hahaha syok bukan soal bayar nominal, tapi syok dengan sistimnya. Baru kali ini lho dpt kupon makan eh disuruh nambah. TANPA ADA PEMBERITAHUAN. Harusnya kan sy dapat makan yg dibungkus sesuai dg kupon, ga perlu nambah kecuali diinfokan. Kebetulan sy ga bw dompet kr emang mikirnya ga bayar sdh dpt kupon. Sy bilang mbak dompetnya druang tunggu, Eh mbaknya bilang sy bilang, "ya diambil dulu!" Saya mau bayar pke gopay kr ada qris eh bilangnya ga bisa kr sdh terlanjur tunai. "GILA BENER NIII KASIR, APA SISTIMNYA YG BIKIN GILAAAA" SUDAH DAH ADA INFO MLH LAUK NAMBAH DIBAYAR GOPAY GA BISA. (GAYANYA AJA CANGGIH TP PELAYANAN MSH PRIMITIF) KESEL DEH RASA HATI, Lalu sy crita kakak sy, kakak saya jg heran, trus tanya ke masnya petugas yg dibagian checkin. Lah jawabannya lebih aneh, "Lha ambilnya yg dimana, kalau yg agak dalam memang bayar, kalau menunya yg dimakan di aini Soto, ga bs dibungkus, kalau yg dibungkus ya harus nambah!" BUSYEEET ini semacam pemaksaan buat rumah makannya jd lbh laku deh. Saya jaja diwarung soto dibungkus bisa kq. Tinggal gmn caranya. Masak agen sekelas Rosalia Indah tidak bisa memberikan pelayanan yg lbh baik, mosok menyediakan menu yg ga bs dibungkus. KALAU GITU DITULIS AJA dikupon makannya, DINE IN, HANYA MAKAN DITEMPAT, GA BS DIBUNGKUS. JGN ALASA MENUNYA SOTO GA BS DIBUNGKUS, trus ujung²nya nambah bayar di kasir. Ini bukan soal bayarnya ya, tp soal pelayanan dan informasi, yg perlu diperbaiki sistim atai SDMnya ya silakan disimpulka.

Trus yg terakhir soal keberangkatan, GA BISA ONTIME. TIKET DIBILANG BERANGKAT JAM 17.30 DAN DIINFO PENUMPANG WAJIB DATANG 30 MENIT SEBELUM. JAM 17.00 SUDAH DI AGEN. HMMMMMM MOLOOOR GAES, BERANGKAT JAM 18.20, BISA DIITUNG MOLORNYA YA, lebih baik bilang berangkat jam 18.30 tapi ontime dari pada 17.30 tapi molohnya hampir satu jam. Such a great experience here. Great service, excellent hospitality, very informative for the passanger with many destination in one place are accommodated. Considered this is the Head Quarter Office of Rosalia Indah.

The food was great, and you can up-grade your menu from the one you had, just contact the attendance there, they're ready to serve you. They're also has the mini market to fulfill your needs. Snacks, medicine, small gifts, beverages, and even Rosalia Indah merchandise.

The last and the best is, for me and my family Rosalia Indah has the best and newest bus fleet on its route. On time for departure and arrival. All the busses very well maintained and clean as well as hygienic. The comfort of your trip will be very pleasant with...

Mungkin karena penyediaan butuh dalam jumlah banyak, jadinya makanan ga ada rasa. Warna nasi nya aja agak butek ga putih, sotonya bener bener hambar. Entah karena pas bareng masuk banyak armada, jdi resto ga mampu menampung semua penumpang bus yang mau makan. So utk bisa dapat tempat duduk aja udah bersyukur banget. Makanan dan minuman cepet sekali habis saking banyak yang antri makan jadinya ga terlayani dengan baik. Sudah pasti, tempat dan peralatan makan ga sempat dibersihin sudah harus dipakai lagi. Piring masih ada sisa makanan bahkan. Meja dan lantai, bayangin sendiri.
