This coffee & roastery located in welknown Bedono, Ambarawa, Semarang, Central Java Province. Around 17km, 28 minutes from Ungaran-Bawen toll road gate to Jogja, at the right side of the road, after the famous Bedono "mentega" alvocado and "madu" jackfruit street sellers. You should stop to buy some of these fruits, they are sweet and quite cheap tho.
This coffee shop is a decent coffee shop around, with the nice and cozy environment surrounding it. We love it, lot of trees. If you go from Jogja to Semarang or Jakarta, you should visit it to have a couple of coffee.
No worries with the parking lot, you can park near the main road, in front of the resto, or go more inside near the coffee shop. Of course there is a clean toilets for the guests, and also a prayer room (mushola) not far from the shop.
That's what we do. Just ordered a hot americano and a wine coffee (V60), didnt regret it. My kids ordered mie goreng, and they like it. My wife rempahcchino, Tjipto's signature coffee. At the back of the shop, there is the roaster house, the Waiter said, we can go to see it by ourselves as we wish. The price also relatively well, i mean it is everage price both for the foods and coffee. And need to added one more thing, the hospitality is best, they treat us well, the waiter product knowledges really good.
Now, we decided to visit this coffee shop when we go to Jogja to seeing our grandfather, rather than go to Boyolali exit toll, Bawen will be our gate to Jogja, and stop by for a glass of good coffee...
Buat pengelola Tjipto, kalau mau terpisah ya terpisah aja. JANGAN LETAKKAN MENU KALIAN DI EVA JIKA UNTUK BERFOTO SAJA JADI MASALAH. Kesannya Tjipto tuh mau ordernya saja tapi nggak mau kasih fasilitas sekedar berfoto, curigaan banget sama pengunjung Eva. Aneh, cafe2 lain jg ada satu lokasi beda manajemen, tapi nggak gitu2 amat. Bikin aja pagar tinggi sekalian tuh biar jelas batasnya. Next time nggak bakal lagi2 deh pesen ke Tjipto, belagu amat. Kayak udah...
Read moreI'm so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot, for some good coffee just in time. If you're lookin for a place where to relax, read some novels or whatever, Tjipto's would be the best. They have great coffee available ( Tjipto's baileys coffee were perfect!) & even some tasty yummy foods as well. The ambiance was so vibrant & relaxing, the barista & staff are highly capable & friendly. I will definitely rate them five-star for everything they provided. A memorable place to relax. Keep making good...
