This place is supposed to be a suitable place for hungry people who want to eat so much because the restaurant provides all you can eat menu.

The food is okay, the sauce is okay, and those mean you can give it a try.

However, here is the downside Please read this as a suggestion, not a critic.

All menu should be served and placed on a station. People are hungry and dont want to wait too long for their order to get prepared.

It is not the staff's fault. But the concept. Imagine all menu are not ready to be taken by the guests and we have to order through the staff there. The problem is, most of the meat menu, even the chicken are still on slicing process. I mean, all menu can be placed in a station to simplify the process right?

Time consuming. Yes, you heard that right. By ordering and waiting for our meat and chicken to be sliced, we have to spend around 20 to 30 mins per order to be prepared and we have nothing else to do there. First, we are hungry, then not so much. Why? We waited too long. We are only given 90 mins, 1 order takes 20 to 30 mins. 3 orders and time is up.

Again, not the staff's fault but the concept are also energy draining for the staff. The are overwhelmed by the orders, they have to go here and there just to make sure the slicing process are good to go. It drains their energy.

This is my second visit and I was hoping that on my third visit, the concept may change. But if not, I might think twice to eat here with...

Saya mengalami pengalaman yang sangat tidak menyenangkan di restoran ini.

Saya memesan Buffet Set dan bertanya kepada pelayan apakah cukup memesan satu paket untuk dua orang. Dia menjawab bahwa cukup satu buffet seharga 250.000 IDR. Namun, saat pembayaran, kami dikenakan biaya untuk dua buffet, dan tambahan biaya 60.000 IDR per 100 gram untuk makanan yang tersisa. Mereka bahkan mengambil makanan dari dalam kuah untuk ditimbang, tanpa menunjukkan beratnya kepada kami, lalu langsung mengatakan kami harus membayar 300 gram makanan yang tersisa.

Total biaya yang kami bayarkan adalah 700.000 IDR, yang sangat tidak masuk akal.

Selain itu, kebersihan restoran ini sangat buruk. Dagingnya berbau tidak sedap dan kuku pelayan tampak sangat kotor. Pelayan tidak ramah dan sering memberikan informasi yang salah saat kami bertanya.

Saya tidak akan merekomendasikan restoran ini kepada siapa pun. Mungkin mereka mencoba menipu saya karena saya orang asing. Namun, saya bisa berbicara bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan tetap merasa diperlakukan tidak jujur oleh staf mereka.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant.

I ordered the Buffet Set and asked the waiter if one set was enough for two people. He said one buffet for 250,000 IDR was sufficient. However, when it came time to pay, we were charged for two buffet sets, and on top of that, an extra charge of 60,000 IDR per 100 grams for leftover food. They even scooped food out of the soup to weigh it, didn’t show us the weight, and claimed we had to pay for 300 grams.

We ended up paying 700,000 IDR in total, which was completely unreasonable.

The restaurant was also very unhygienic. The meat had a bad smell, and the waiter had visibly dirty fingernails. The staff were unfriendly and often gave incorrect information when asked questions.

I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Maybe they tried to scam me because I’m a foreigner, but I speak Indonesian well and was still treated unfairly with no proper explanation from the staff.

Pelayanan buat menu ala carte not recommended... lamaaaaa banget banget buat bikin 1 menu padahal sepi lho cuma aku aja yang pesen. Ini gimana masaknya padahal cuma 1 sushi bisa setengah jam lebih. Mending kalo aku pesen 3 menu berbeda gitu, lha ini 1 menu sushi nunggunya selama ini. Waitersnya sih banyak gatau kokinya kurang mungkin? Udah sushi dateng gak dikasih sumpit atau sendok gitu? Padahal di meja gak disediain sendok. Terus sushi kan biasanya dimakan pake semacam soyu atau kecap asin, lha ini cuma sushi aja. Harga pajak service yang aku bayar tidak sesuai dengan service yang diberikan. Sangat menyesal makan di sini mana mahal tapi gak worth untuk service...

Buat nganter minuman aja mesti nunggu 30menit 😌, kalau mau makan disini jgn saat kondisi lapar to the max yaa, karna luamaaaaaaaa. Giliran makanan udh dtg, pas tengah makan, ehhh restorannya tutup jdi buru² deh makan'ny 😂 Texture nasi di sushi'ny ngk kayak sushi yg biasa suami makan, berhubung yg sering makan sushi suami, & sy yg pertama kali nyoba aja bener² ngk suka. Tapii ricebawl enak bgt, seriusss, mungkin nnti mau nyoba ngegrill. Tempatnya nyaman & instagramable.

Buat nganter minuman aja mesti nunggu 30menit 😌, kalau mau makan disini jgn saat kondisi lapar to the max yaa, karna luamaaaaaaaa. Giliran makanan udh dtg, pas tengah makan, ehhh restorannya tutup jdi buru² deh makan'ny 😂 Texture nasi di sushi'ny ngk kayak sushi yg biasa suami makan, berhubung yg sering makan sushi suami, & sy yg pertama kali nyoba aja bener² ngk suka. Tapii ricebawl enak bgt, seriusss, mungkin nnti mau nyoba ngegrill. Tempatnya nyaman & instagramable.
