Lian and Pian’s accommodation is incredibly comfortable and lovely. Located right by the lake, it enjoys a refreshing breeze all day long. The restaurant is well-equipped, and all the staff were very kind and attentive.
We asked them to arrange tickets for an overnight bus to Lantepao, and everything went perfectly.
Lian and Pian are actively working to revitalize the local area. During our stay, we happened to witness a gathering of geologists, archaeologists, and tourism promotion specialists from across Indonesia, who were conducting research and discussions to establish a geopark in Tentena.
We were fortunate enough to join their fieldwork, which allowed us to hear many fascinating insights. Their efforts to promote ecotourism while creating a sustainable system that ensures local communities directly benefit are truly admirable.
