Saung Berkah (Gurame Terbang) — Restaurant in Cibinong

Saung Berkah is really representing its name, a blessed cottaged resto. Our premier visit to this place, it gave impression all we need in this city during the c*vid19 is a #workfromdestination spot for food, fresh air, and work mood booster.

Located in most prominent area in Cibinong, Kab Bogor, it managed maintaining its nature with greenery, lake side, fresh air, and it's on top of the fish pond!!! Not to mention, a real animal friendly spot. They appreciate the harmonious living among human, animal in a shared environment. The fat cat sitting next to and entertaining us is the proof!

During these hectic working week, we had a repeatedly ordered and had a hot Wedang Uwuh - few pitchers of Red herbal tea as it refreshened up our mind body n soul.

As we are nourishing the body, we had the delicious seafood capcay dish along with legend tempeh mendoan. Happy tummy made a happy day!

I came here with my family on the lunch time. The pond or Saung concept is a common thing in sundanese style restaurant. They have many dinning area and they also provide small tent beside the lake. Too bad, taste of the meals were beyond the standard, bit far from my expectation. We order meals package for 3 persons and another additional meals and drinks. The kerang hijau saus padang, kerang bambu saus padang and cumi goreng tepung tasted not fresh enough. The sauce really need to improve. The gurame goreng terbang was okay but the ayam goreng mentega was also need to improve. They should try to make good sambal so it can boost up the food's taste. Price are quite affordable, but the chef surely need to improve they...

Came here around 2 PM. Not that crowded but need to wait for the Saung be cleaned. For the ambience it's lake-view with live music, comfy for family gathering or with friends, and the important its clean. Has toilet (at the entrance and near to mushola) and mushola. Has huge parking lot

If you want to feed the fish, you have to buy it at the cashier with cost 5K IDR.

The waiters and securities are friendly.

For the food even it's a sundanese cuisine but i think its too savory not the sweet like others sundanese cuisine. The Ayam Bakar tough 😂😂 hard to be eaten.

I ordered for 5 person with Ikan Bakar, Kerang Saus Padang, Cumi Tepung and Karedok, with 2 Ice Tea and 3 Ice Sweet Tea costs...
