Restaurant Hana — Restaurant in Cilegon

Hana Restaurant. This is a nice Korean restaurant located in Jl. Ahmad Yani No.14. Cilegon City.

Most of the visitors are Korean people who work in many industries around the Cilegon area, and customers from another place who drop by at this restaurant looking for their lunch or dinner. I went there to eat on my trip before visiting the working project at Anyer.

All foods taste good, they are typical Korean food, starting with many small plates of appetizer like salty-sour kimchi, fried sweet potato slices, japchae, fried garlic, anchovy, fishcake, etc. For the main menu, I tried Bulgogi which is thin pieces of rib-eye meat and the Galbi short which is ribs of beef.

For drinks, you can order Korean hot tea or cold, and Soju traditional Korean drink made from fermented rice.

Have a good and authentic taste, a bit pricy (for me), but they have a big portion of food, they give you free water, side dishes, and fruit as usual Korean Restaurant.. When I having lunch here, so many Korean come, and me n my friends is the only one who is not..hahaha..so I think this is prove the Restaurant has a real taste of Korean.. This is my first time to Cilegon and special for eating here, and it's worth to come.. Hopefully I can visit here again next time..

The staff is friendly and helpful, just a bit uncomfortable for me because I feel like they standing looking at us all the time we eat, but I know that will make us easier if we need them..but I guess maybe they can try to find some another way to stand by without feels like looking at us...(and yes some of them sometimes...

the place got a very korean ambience, maybe because many koreans go there. the food tastes more 'korean' than other korean restaurants. their service is so good but i don't recommend you to eat in this place by yourself, because they serve you 7 kinds of side dishes and if you order a complete set of meal like samgyeopsal, ramyeon and kimbab you're going to feel like exploding. they don't serve corn tea, but they do give you a free mineral water and fruits...
