Wolfkind Smoke & Grill — Restaurant in Cilegon

As an American, I've had the pleasure of eating a lot of good burgers in the U.S., pretty much my whole life.

It has been difficult to find a good burger in Indonesia. Even the burgers here at McDonald's, Burger King, etc.., are not like the burgers they make in the U.S.

I am happy to say that I have finally found excellent burgers in Indonesia, at WOLFKIND! So far, the ONLY place in Cilegon with gourmet-style burgers that even rivals some of the best burgers in Los Angeles. Please, if you want to know what real burgers are supposed to be like, try this place.

My only suggestion would be to also have a standard style burger with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and cheese with a mild thousand island sauce, to really accentuate the flavor of the beef, to complete the menu.

For spending 56k/100gr to eat sirloin steak here is fairly okay. I ordered mushroom sauce but the taste a little bit funny and quite different than mushroom sauce in other steakhouse restaurant. Mashed potato is plain and not that creamy and tasty. Steak is okay, but I feel that the steak is very thin slice even though it was 200gr of meat. Ambience is good and service also good. The service is sooo bad!!! Pelayanan buruk, the supervisor is gaslighting.. kesini ketika buka baru di damkar, mungkin all the staff tidak expect customer ramai, awalnya book untuk jam 5, tapi reschedule ke jam makan siang jam 12 via chat dan via telfon dan staffnya confirm bahkan menginfokan hanya ada ruang vip dan kita oke dan already order for the menu. Setelah sampai kita diarahkan ke ruang vip dan sudah menunggu sekitar 40menitan namun menu ga datang2 dan tiba2 supervisornya datang bilang menu tidak bisa dihidangkan dan harus menunggu 1-2 jam dengan alasan karna kami booking di jam 5, padahal sebelumnya staff sudah CONFIRM dan bilang bisa untuk dipindah ke jam makan siang dengan ruangan yang tersedia hanya ruang vip dan CONFIRMED. But the service from the supervisor was SO BAD! Mencoba menyalahkan customer and her close statement is “I’m the supervisor, kalau ada complain bilang aja, complainnya itu ajakah?” Soo bad, waktu kami sudah terbuang hampir 1 jam dan supervisornya hanya berkata “complainnya ITU SAJA KAH?” Like whut? Tanpa memberi solusi dan mengatakan kalau tdk mau menunggu just cancel it.
