Cozy and spacious place..... Not too busy (except on certain occassions) A wide-range of food selection at the menu book. Price is justifiable according to it's place.

But the sofas need to be cleaned as looks being too old and almost all have stains and being too rugged. These spoils the relaxing atmosphere of the sitting areas.

STRONGLY SUGGESTS have at least one "NO SMOKING" area, and clearly put notice at which area/room is "NO-SMOKING". It was horrible for ALL area are allowed to smoke, which then expecting ALL people are smoking???

I do respect the smokers' choice to smoke, at their own health-risk. But please also have to consider the rights of the majority of non-smokers of being free from smoke exposures. I myself had a very bad allergy of many sorts of smokes - and I need to keep moving from one table to another to keep away myself from the smokers.

The coffee, which supposed to be it's trade-mark product, is not so great. I ordered "HOT" Lattè, but what had been served is "slightly-warm" coffee - what a difficulty to interpret the meaning of "HOT"!!!! HOT is an opposite of COLD. But WARM doesn't mean HOT. Worse when it's just "SLIGHTLY WARM".

Dalam Bahasa Indonesia, "hangat" bukan "panas". Jadi bila HOT coffee - artinya kopi panas, bukan kopi hangat (buruknya lagi itu hanya...

Love the place, hate the service. Not exactly the staffs. They're nice, probably overworked or underpaid. It just that the way things are here feel poorly managed. Practically a DIY restaurant that charges for a service fee. Went here in quiet hours. No one was tending the front desk. Had to go inside to look for someone. Found one at the mini bar. Asked them for a menu. Took the menu by myself, looked for a seat by myself then went back to order some fries. It arrived 20 mins later with no fork. Why not, definitely can do fries with hand. So I looked for a washbasin. No soap. Eventually found one in the toilet that happens to have a shower. Someone used to live here. One okay-ish french fries later, I didn't feel the mood to wait for another 20 mins for another small order. Still, no one was tending the front desk, so I had walk to the mini bar, again. Asked for the bill, and charged for service fee. Confusion of the highest order. Love the place though. Big and comfortable enough to bring family or group of friends. However, if you're tight on time, like on a lunch break or something, better look...

For me, a cafe that occupies a house with an oldies design is an added value... including here....

Actually, this place is quite comfortable to hangout because there are lots of outdoor areas and shade plants, but the management needs to do a lot of maintenance...especially for chairs, sofas, and also tables.... it's a bit dirty and has spots of stains on most of it.

As long as this place doesn't have any information about being pet friendly or being allowed to bring pets.....the management should not let stray cats roam around the dining area......because it can be disturbing for...
