Thursday, July 10, 2025, I came to the Ampera restaurant, which was dicibabat, bought lung satay, skin satay, grilled squid, grilled chicken, corn fritters, and oxtail soup and took it home, I waited for almost 45 minutes, maybe if I didn't ask the employee, my food would have been passed over, when I asked if my food was ready yet... oh yes sir, I checked and it turned out it was already on the takeaway table, I waited for 35 minutes, and secondly, the oxtail soup was actually placed in a bowl, even though it was clearly taken home, I waited another 10 minutes, in total I waited for 45 minutes for the food, there were a lot of employees there but it didn't seem like there were employees.. those who worked were working, there were also those who were quiet and chatting, just a suggestion if the food is taken home, please separate the cooking area/make the food smell, secondly, please provide more training for the employees, some are smiling, some are frowning, some are flat, and if possible, it can be divided into sections in the place the food is taken home, in every corner so it's not piled up near the employee's food...
