Where do I even start? You got a great looking place, but you got the worst service yet, I called to order, and some staff said they will come, and a whole 10 minute passes by, not a single one comes to my table to take my order. Then I requested to move seats because the one I was sitting at wasn't as comfortable and no AC was near, oh yeah, not to mention that there's only 6 air conditioners in the actual restaurant, and theres a million customers, we're starving for some air here, and it took me 15 minutes to move seats because they wouldn't clean a damn table. Then after I got my order, they repeated it and missed one, so I corrected them and they said "OK", guess what, they never added the correction and left it out, so my whole eating experience was without a rice, and when I saw the order paper there was no rice in it, so I came to them by myself and asked where's the damn rice I said when I corrected the staff, they said "Oh yeah we don't know, but sure we'll send a rice to you". Another 10 minute passes by and I'm at the edge of finishing my food, and then I had to ask AGAIN for the rice and then it took another 5 minutes for them to send it.

And I can't forget to mention that the toilet is far away from the actual restaurant, we'd have to ask to actually know where it is because it's far and it's in a dark corner. And for some reason, when I was ordering, they said nearly the whole menu was out of stock. How great.

Animal Oasis: We were greeted by a menagerie of friendly creatures. Curious birds greeted us with surprising delight next to a babbling brook, while a family of ducks waddled by. Kids were enthralled, and even the adults couldn't resist a smile at the sight of a majestic deer grazing peacefully in the distance. There were plenty of opportunities for safe interaction, with designated petting areas and staff readily available to answer questions.

Kid-Approved Fun: Kayu Menjangan isn't just about the animals, though they're definitely a star attraction. The restaurant has a fantastic play area with fields, animal watching, and plenty of space for energetic little ones to burn off steam. This allowed us to relax and enjoy our meal knowing our kids were safe and having a blast.

Staffs are friendly but clearly not enough in number for such big place, this cause the service to be very slow (Example, it's hard to call the waiter over to your table)

For the menu they only have 12 choices and specialized in indonesian cuisine only. The price ranged between 50-70k for personal portion, and there's 1 menu for share (gurame goreng mangga muda @105k without tax). They still use paper menu (which is poorly printed and a bit dirty) and have no clear sections like appetizer, mains, etc.

Overall the food taste good. Some of the menus I tried (in serving order) are: Nasi goreng Kampoeng + Sate (55k) Good and a little bit salty Nasi Bakar Roa Manado (48k) It's a big portion but the fish is not much. Bakwan Jagung Sambal Roa (35k) Good and crispy, the Sambal is fragrant and umami

Minus points for the Hygiene cause there's a lot of flies as we eat which is quite uncomfortable.
