In front of the 3rd National Sports Week Stadium in Medan (Stadion Pekan Olahraga Nasional 3 in Indonesian, popular called as Stadion Teladan), there is an Indonesian gourmet restaurant called Cinde Laras. Here we can taste the aromatic and delicious Fried Chicken, Sour Soup Fried Fish in sweet sauce, Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables, Stir-fried Water Spinach, etc. Although the restaurant is not located on a busy street, nor is it a high-end luxury restaurant, it does reflect the skillful cooking skills of a good chef. The restaurant has a simple layout and decoration, and does not have a closed air-conditioned space or luxury room, but the occupancy rate of diners is quite high. All the dishes we ordered were of the highest level of deliciousness, as good as the skills of a great chef, and the prices were reasonable. The only drawback is that the service is a bit slow and indifferent, and the attitude is a bit indifferent. All in all, those who have never tasted it might as well give it a try. (220624/x)
