Dano Cafe & Resto — Restaurant in City of Pematang Siantar

WARNING: I am from europe and last year I was in DANO. Food & Service was good. Yesterday i was back to this resto with my familly and i was shocked about QUALITY of food and service now. Service took more then 1 h to bring the order. Food was horrible, no taste only to much salt and oel. After we protest, took again long time for service and food still edible. After 90 min. we left and i am still not eating, but there ask for 800.000 IDR. ALSO OTHER TABLE PROTEST ABOUT FOOD & SERVICE. The Manager dont want to speak with us about the quality of food & service. Where is the good...

This cafe and restaurant is one of the greatest in Siantar. First, they had very good food. I ordered a steak with mushroom sauce and my family ordered traditional Chinese soup. The food was great, the service was also amazing because we were immediately greeted at the entrance, and then offered free water as soon as we sat in our tables. Lastly, the atmosphere was also really great. They had great parking spaces available, and the entire place was just very aesthetic. There is a pond of fish, which makes things look even better. I would definitely recommend...

Aduhhh baru pertama kali nya kesini tapi dapat pelayanan yang kurang enak, mulai dari makanan yang lama keluar lebih dari setengah jam, makanan yang rasanya kaya belom Mateng. Terus makanan yang lama itu datang, udah kami bawain ke bawah minta di bawah pulang eh lagi lagi lama trus dibungkus kresek yang ngak tau bekas apa yang pegangan nya udah putus dan disambung-sambung. Ini yakin sekelas resto ngak bisa beli plastik kresek? Kalau suasanya nya enak enak aja tapi yang lain nya bad banget. Sumpah cukup sekali...
