I went tonight for the first time. I love terang bulan so drove 20 minutes to get there because of all the good reviews. A standard terang bulan with 5 toppings costs 60k at this place. You'll know why it costs more once you see it made. These guys take pride in their work. They use high quality ingredients - real butter and imported cheese from NZ. They use a lot of toppings too - like an inch high (lmao). A 60k medium is easily 4-6 servings (for westerners), so twice as big as a terang bulan you buy from a street vendor. Probably 6-10 servings for locals. Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle, with a gooey cheesy center. Delicious. The owner is a sweetheart, and the guy working there was too.
