I recently visited Jiwan Coffee & Things in Bali, and it turned out to be a delightful spot for a coffee fix and more. The quality of the coffee was decent, delivering a satisfying pick-me-up to kickstart the day.

What truly sets Jiwan Coffee & Things apart is its charming interior design. The second level, though open-air, provides a nice ambiance, but it can get quite hot during the day. However, the real surprise was discovering the secret level 3, offering a serene view of the rice paddy fields. It's a hidden gem that adds a unique touch to the overall experience.

I decided to sample some of the food offerings as well. While the pasta was okay, it was the rice dishes that truly stood out. The flavors were delightful, and the quality of the rice was exceptional. It's always a pleasure to find a place that excels in the basics.

In terms of pricing, Jiwan Coffee & Things offers good value for money, making it a very affordable option for a meal or a coffee break. The affordability combined with the nice ambiance and decent quality of food and coffee make it a must-visit for those looking for a relaxed setting to unwind.

High expectations...it appears to be a nice place, however...

There's something about staff in a restaraunt standing behind the money draw not even offering a menu and wanting immediate payment that just makes you want to walk straight back out the door... which I nearly did.

I wanted a meal along with the two joining me, but to choose and pay BEFORE you sit down doesn't work, nor for many customers, so a quick latte was the order, quick in quick out unlikely to return. Maybe if they were to be customer focussed, rather that focussing on the money draw.

To have to come down from the 2nd floor to ask (and pay) for any additional items seems short sighted business strategy.

Not once did a staff member interact with us or the customers there... lost sales.

There are MUCH better places nearby that do offer a much better customer experience other than a flashy image. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Great pitential... dissapointing overall result. Most reviews were 1 or two review people and not so credible, family and friends?

Harga menu tergolong terjangkau, meskipun porsi makanan relatif kecil.

Kamar mandinya bersih dan terawat, menambah kenyamanan selama berada di tempat ini. Aroma ruangan juga terasa alami dan lembut, tidak berlebihan, sehingga mendukung suasana santai dan menyenangkan.

Sebagai tambahan saran, alangkah baiknya jika penggunaan tisu juga disesuaikan dengan konsep alami yang diusung, seperti tisu berbahan organik atau ramah lingkungan. Ini akan semakin menguatkan kesan bahwa tempat ini tidak hanya indah secara visual, tetapi juga peduli terhadap kenyamanan pengunjung dan kelestarian lingkungan.
