NOIR Cafe — Restaurant in Denpasar Utara

Wow! Wow! 🤩 How awesome is this place. If you want to step into another element I strongly suggest coming here.

I had a sense that I was surrounded by my people when I came here for lunch. It was a bit of a hike and totally worth it.

I almost don’t want to write about how amazing my experience was because it’s a place that I’d prefer to keep to myself so that I can come back and escape everything.

It’s amazing how being surrounded by an aesthetic like this can take one to some place that’s simple and peaceful.

You probably want to know about the food. Well when I arrived I was so impressed I thought that there was no way that the food would be able to stand up to the full delivery of a beautiful place.

I got a bit cocky and ordered a few items. Lychee Soda, chicken spring rolls, and the steak with potatoes. I didn’t get my waitresses name but she was perfect.

The lychee soda delivered on taste and presentation.

The spring rolls had a perfect crunch and crisp to them, I wanted 3 more orders. 🫠

The steak was everything that my body needed in protein. Giving me that sense of comfort food I didn’t know I needed at the time.

It seems as if a few people like to come in and hang around so that they can take the quick insta pic or video but not many.

I’d say this place is so much more than an insta spot. With reasonable prices and a connection to having a chill local restaurant experience it’s everything I want in a food destination where I can just be with myself.

My friend recommended me to visit this 2D theme cafe and I went there after the lunch time with my friend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we went the second floor, we started to smell something fishy and mouldy. We assumed it comes from the paint or old vinyls. We told the staff about it and spray air freshener but the weird smell doesn’t go away

The food and drink is okay. We ordered pizza and smoothies + tea. It took quite look time to get the pizza ready and we almost drank our drinks. Maybe that’s their strategies to persuade the customer to order more drinks.

Cool 2D cafe. Love the idea of the black and white 2D interior on the 2nd floor especially. Both ground floor and 2nd floor have outdoor seatings. Love their garden outdoor seatings on the ground floor. Should be a romantic ambience at night I think. For the food, managed to try the spaghetti bolognese and it’s deliciously good for a local cafe. Coffee not bad either . Lots of parking space. Wouldn’t k mind coming back during the night time to check out the ambience. Price affordable local. So it’s good. Yes...
