Good point: The dishes tasted delicious.

Not-so-good point: Service. Went there for take-away. Receptionist said the orders would be ready around 20-25 minutes. After 30 minutes, our name was called to settle the invoice, which we did. Turned out, that call was only for payment settlement. Food wasn't ready. When asked, receptionist gave another 20-25 minutes. We're in rush for appointment but no choice other than waiting since we had paid quite an amount. After 40 minutes, finally our orders were presented. We checked and found the saus padang for ikan bakar wasn't in it. Again, when asked, the receptionist asked us to wait another 20-25 minutes, in order to prepare the sauce. We left right away! And worse, we missed the appointment.

Advice: Be transparent with your information. If you let us know from the beginning that it would take 90 minutes (instead of 25 minutes) to get all of our orders ready, we could have worked something out, like revising our amount / choice of dishes. But your team chose not to give true information and cost us cancelled appointment. So, that would be the first and last time we visited your...

The place was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, tge service was a bit disappointed. After we ordered, one menu came , then we waited for 30 mins for the rest of the ordee,but it never came, until we asked why our food hadn't come. The waiter seemed surprised and checked. It seemed they forgot to deliver the rest of the order. Another disappointing thing waa the pepes oncom with small size that cost 38 thousand was already smelly and rotten. We complained but the waiter didn't even smell or try to replace with another one. Pricy but the food and service were not satisfying. Will not come back there...
