Starbucks - Pesona Square — Restaurant in Depok

Came here around this week on a weekday. They closed at 6pm. So sad. I like the interior here and how they set up the place. Have you got their brown shopping bag? I have. Bad experience here! The barista/waiter/cashier did not explain that there will be additional charge for creme for frappuccino cream! I mean… come on! My sister order green latte frappuccino with cream (and because the photo described that this menu already has cream). Why the f** the cashier ask her for another cream? Come on! And without telling her there will be additional charge!! That’s soo ripping off!!...
