Starbucks Kelapa Dua — Restaurant in Depok

Since I’ve always liked working here, besides being close and having ample parking. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but today was very frustrating with the service of one of the staff this morning. Too much upselling and too trapping. When serving, he offered paid add-on options without informing what the standard coffee is like. I’ve been a member for a long time and this is the first time I feel the technique used is very detrimental if you’re not aware of what you ordered.

The baristas are friendly and do the temperature check regularly.

It feels a bit crowded and not too spacy when there are people around.

Parking lot is another problem, but won't bother you so much if you use motorcycle. I think this one is more suitable for take away and delivery service since there isn't much space like the other starbucks.

Overall was good, for the coffee, place, food, ambient and the restroom. but customer services need to be maintained. I over heard their internal conv (literary loud enough to be heard; its not my busines tho but i can hear it) that i considered not polite. the way they drag the chair was absolutely annoying.
