Warung Pakistan — Restaurant in Depok

I literally feel like i was in Pakistan for several hours. It feels amazing to be attached to its culture; the ground seats, the unique decorations, the carpets, the smell of the place, and most important is the food. I love Pakistan Tea the most, sooo yummy. Literally representing Pakistan style and such a comfy place. I know this cz i have Pakistani friends who are often showing me their place. Luckily, Pak Ijaz the owner (i guess) was there. He's a native Pakistani. He approached me and my mom who were waiting for our order and he told us many things about Pakistani food. We ordered 2 garlic naan, lamb curry, lamb biryani, Pakistan tea, and sweet lassi.

Surrounded by carpets, the place is surprisingly clean and has good air circulation. The service was amazing. The server/chef explained everything about the food (we were unfamiliar with the foods) patiently.

He came out bringing the foods with hair cover, it ensured that they take care of the cleanliness very well.

The foods? 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 Chef's kiss 🧑🏻‍🍳😘 Dangggg didn't expect the flavor explosion! The garlic naan was at least 20cm in diameter, freshly baked. A portion of lamb curry is enough for 2 naans. The lamb meat in both the curry and biryani was boneless and extremely soft 😍. The biryani's portion was more that enough for one person too.

I personally enjoyed dining here :-) This place is very cozy, food is tasty, and the price is worth the taste and portion. Plus, I was told that I can personally request whether I'd want my meals to taste 100% Pakistani authentic or I'd like them altered to suit my Indonesian taste buds.
