Giri Hills Coffee House — Restaurant in East Java

The view is excellent in the evening, a panoramic view of Surabaya. Many chairs and chill surrounding added plus points as hangout places. But thats it, the foods are mediocre, they want it to be excellent but badly executed. The beverages have slight better quality but hardly refreshing. And the worst thing is I have to walk to the cashier and pay upfront. Paying meals upfront reduce my desire to order more. I felt that this place exist just to satisfy the needs of people taking pictures and sat for hours with cheap coffee. nice view. price is standard cafe. snacks taste good. no black coffee when I came here. they have outdoor and indoor desk. unique design. fun decoration. they have kids area to make them happy while their parents enjoy food hehehe... kids will not bored. they have small room to pray (for muslim) and small rest room. when it's rain take care of ur bike, and while driving it. the road will be slippery to get reach to this cafe. staff are friendly but for me, they still not responsive yet. but they service good. thanks. when u r in giri gersik, try to visit this cafe. and...

Tempatnya oke, makanannya juga oke, harga murah tapi makanan gak murahan. Tapi tidak untuk pelayanannya, pelayannya gak ada yg senyum dan ramah. Punya pengalaman yg gak oke dan masih aku inget sampek skrg. Pas itu aku sama temen2 kantor nongkrong disitu tepatnya di bagian lantai atas. Pesanan sudah dtg semua tiba2 ada angin kenceng alhasil membahayakan customer jadi kita semua diminta untuk turun, itupun gak ada bantuan sama sekali dan pihak cafe utk membantu customer membawakan makanan atau minuman yg udah kita pesen. Terus hal kedua yg paling bikin bete, ketika kita selesai dan mau bayar, kita gak dibolehin dibawah dg alasan krn kita pesannya di atas, jadi aku harus ke atas buat bayar, pas udah di depan kasir lantai atas aku mau bayar dengan kartu debit tapi dibilang mesin edc offline padahal di awal sebelum kita masuk kita sudah mengkonfirmasi pihak cafe jika bisa melalukan pembayaran secara non tunai, krn pas aku ke atas gak bawa uang tunai aku harus turun lagi dan aku minta tolong agar bisa dilakukan pembayaran dibawah saja daripada aku sebagai customer harus naik turun yg bukan krn kesalahanku. Tapi pelayan tetep kekeuh tidak mau permintaanku, dan akhirnya aku harus turun ambil uang tunai dan naik lagi. Yg gak habis pikir itu satu lokasi tapi kenapa pembayaran dibikin rumit seperti itu dan pelayannya tidak ada yg punya rasa empati...
