Rawon Rosobo — Restaurant in East Java

Had breakfast here; got a reccomendation from travelling partner to try on Nasi Rawon Empal. So, we both decided to order Nasi Rawon Empal. (A plate of dish consist of cuts of fried beef that has been marinated in their house recipe, savoury broth spiced with some indegridients that championed Keluwak, a spice in a fruit originated from Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia; of which it will be poisonous if not processed correctly prior cooking)

The waiter was fast in response to deliver the order.

The portioning were generous (in my opinion), and it was served hot with extra fresh raw short beansprout on the side. The sambal was great to add more spice to cut through the savory and sweetness of the meat (empal). Add crackers when having the meal for extra crunchiness.

Price is affordable.

The tables and seating were clean and the room is spacious. Family friendly.

It is a nice place if the place is clean and safe. The place is always good if its purposes are good and right, insyaAllah. As long as the food is halal, then it is a good food and healthy food. God Allah blesses the place that it is good purposes for people and nature around it. So let's save the places around us stay green and fresh. Plant a lot of trees around your home. You can place the flowers in the pots, horizontally or vertically, such as a vertical garden. Dont forget to pray everyday, because God Allah Subhanawata'ala will protect your life, make your life happy and successful in this world and after this life, Aamiin ya robbal alamiin. This is a well known restaurant that specializes on Rawon ( Javanese meat soup) . I expected that the taste will very special, delicious, and maybe surprised me. Yes, it's surprised me, but in another way. It wasn't that good. And on my opinion, it's not a 'real Rawon' after all. It's like rawon with Bumbu Lapis dressing, not the original rawon that I expected. The place was spacious, and clean enough (since it's not in elite residential), the service was good and quick, so we don't have to wait...
