I personally liked the fried stuffed milkfish, with their secret stuffing that mixes savoury, sweet and a bit spicy taste. The other thing you must try is the legen (pronounced as Lē gund) it's a drink made from sticky rice water's fermentation, a kind of non alcoholic cider, sweet and there's a little bit of kick at the back, very famous beverage in the area and this place offers one of the best. Definitely the place to eat Bandeng a bit outside of Surabaya. Their best sellers are the smoked Bandeng, fried Bandeng, and the grilled Bandeng. They have a lot of ways to cook the fish but these are the three main ways. I tried their fried and grilled one. Both of them tasted amazing and fresh, and it always is every time I eat here. I think they have another place but I think people like to go here more maybe because the place is bigger with a lot of tables and as most of the people come here to eat the Bandeng, its always fresh.
