Cleanliness is clearly an issue. Dirty tables, chairs, and eating utensils, plus sticky floor.

Bad services, plenty of trainee staffs standing in the corner, talking to each other, not paying attention to the customers. We were asking for explanation of some menus and they simply reply 'I don't know', wow what an attitude!
