The hotel restaurant opens from 6 - 8 pm in the evening and we chose to eat here both days we were staying at the Theodor at Labuan Bajo Hotel. The spaghetti aglio e olio was very nice and the avocado toast as a starter was also really good. Agra the Hotel Manager was extremely helpful...
