We were there to celebrate a birthday. We sat a long time waiting for the arrival of other family members before finally ordering. The waiter with a friendly stay welcomed us with warmth.
Order details are explained and received well. No need to wait long until finally all dishes are ready to be eaten. The pleasant end is closed by the moment of super service. When paying to the cashier, the cashier asked if there was a special program today, my sister explained that there was a birthday celebration for our brother.

This place is best for group meal, because they provide some saung for lesehan. But, they also have a big room as a dining area.
We went there for 14 people and we order lots of cuisine. The taste is quite good, we were all like it. We sit in a saung for 14 people. The saung is a bit cozy but lack of carpet. I suggest you to provide custom carpet.
We order fish, shrimps, squids, chicken, and vegetables. They also provide wedang uwuh, traditional warm drink from Central Java; just perfect for those who suffer from cold.

Tempat ini dapat saya rekomendasi untuk acara lamaran, akan tetapi saya memiliki beberapa catatan korektif untuk management dari Bale Bengong.
Saya memilih tempat ini untuk acara yang cukup sakral tersebut karena lokasi yang strategis dan nyaman, parkir yang cukup luas dan makannya enak.
Akan tetapi saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan dari beberapa oknum karyawan yang sangat tidak membantu, terkhusus yang duduk di area kasir, wanita sekitar 3 sampai 5 orang.
Saya memesan kopi hitam untuk keluarga saya, dalam 15 menit tidak di buatkan sehingga saya memfollow up beberapa kali (kondisi resto hari itu masih sepi bahkan kami pelanggan utama mereka).
Alot-nya meminta izin untuk mendekor ruangannya, kami hanya di beri waktu 2 jam untuk mendekor sedangkan di tanggal tersebut, hanya ada kami yang mem-booking untuk mengadakan suatu acara.
Tidak ada staff yang standby untuk mengisi ulang buffet yang saya pesan, dan perlu di follow up 3 sampai 4 kali baru di isi, sedangkan kami di beri waktu 3 jam untuk proses lamaran, makan dan bercengkrama antar keluarga.
