Great place for families and friends amount 4 people or more, esp for kids n elders. But if u eat 3-4 people's amount of food by yourself, then go a head.. lol.. just kidding, its possible to eat alone, if u just order 1 menu only, without rice. my recommendation menu: fried fish (named gurame terbang), fried squid, fried everything is a good choice 😁. And if u like spicy food, try padang's sauce (named saos padang). The sauce makes u eat more and more, my best choice is super prawn in saos padang.. i'm not recommend to order anything grilled, all taste too sweet for me. For indonesian, fried tempe/tofu will never enough, you will order more.. you can also cleaning your feed, while waiting your order to served. Let the fish eat your dead skin, before u eat the fish.. just...

it was 28 sept we gathered the to have lunch party celebrating ibu cici pension. 30 guest arrived and we sat at the hut no.20 on the corner of the resto. Lucky we already booked an hour before so the food is arrived by as we planned. the package is wort to try. they served 10 package (10 person meal) for 1.5 million. each package have shrimp with chilli sauce, barbeque fish, rice, oxtail soup, kangkung vegetable, and the scenery of a fish pond really good.. the food taste not bad. the service takes long time might need 15 menit to bring ur milkshake or coffe.. i really hope they improve the service time. after all, its nice resto, good for hangout or having bussiness meeting, while enjoy the fish pond and the fresh air on...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gubuk Makan Mang Engking and it was an unforgettable experience.
