Ichiban Sushi - Cibubur Junction — Restaurant in Jakarta

Out of all menus we ordered, I like the karaage the most. It's warm and crunchy. It's rather tasteless tho, but you can taste strong ginger in it, just like their gyoza. The dry ramen is quite spicy, it was okay but I did not expect that. Moslem friends have to be aware for they still do not have halaal certificate. There was this small pop-up store in front of this Ichiban Sushi, the shopkeeper came to the restaurant asking for ice cubes. Then we saw her taking ice cubes from the ice storage using her own cup. We did not know if it was used cup or not, still, it was disturbing and disgusting as every ice cube came from that storage. My table was smelly. Plus, the service needs to be better. I'm sorry I can't say it was a good experience...

udah lama banget ga makan di ichiban sushi, terus bbrp minggu sebelumnya temen ada yg rekomendasiin karena lg ada promo sushi 15k. karena lg mampir ke cibubur junction, sekalian deh saya dinner di sini. untuk tempatnya cukup luas & nyaman, pas saya kesini juga lg ga terlalu rame. waiter nya langsung menyambut tamu dengan baik, cepat tanggap, & ramah2. oiya disini juga cutlery diletakkan di gelas berisi air panas, jd higienis yaa. sekitar 15 menit menunggu, akhirnya pesanan saya sampai. makanan yang saya pesan ada: beef bomb menu ini masuk ke dalam harga promo, jadi menurut saya worth it (krn untuk varian sushi jenis beef rata2 sekitar 20an ribu) dan yg paling penting enak! dagingnya ga begitu banyak lemak tp tetep lembut, takaran nasi seimbang, dan mayo nya bikin rasanya lebih creamy. ini fav saya btw. dory bon roll kalau yang ini direkomendasikan dr waiter nya (termasuk salah satu yg best seller dr varian sushi promo). isinya ada 4 pcs sushi & isinya fillet ikan dory. menurut saya ikan dory nya ga bau tanah tapi rasa sushi nya agak manis buat saya. wakame salad untuk sayurnya semua fresh & atasnya pakai sesame dressing. ini pada umumnya salad aja sih sbnrnya, tp krn fresh & ga pahit menurut saya jadi nilai plus bgt. dynamite roll sushi yg ini 4 pcs & isinya ada kani roll sm kyuri kalo ga salah. atasnya pake spicy mayo, mayo, & irisan cabai. untuk sushi yg ini ok, rasanya creamy & gurih (kelupaan foto yg ini btw krn lgsg dimakan hahaha) so far untuk kualitas makanan dan minuman oke sih, harga diluar promo juga relatif murah (sushi fushion nya sekitar 30-50k isinya ada 6-8 potong). next akan coba menu lainnya, thank you...

I waited for more than 45 minutes just for a bowl of ramen and a plate of sushi. The table next to me already got their food even though I came to this place earlier than them. When I asked the waitress, they weren’t friendly and became very defensive although they were clearly in the wrong and they did not apologize. Bad bad place for Ichiban Sushi because I’ve been in other Ichiban Sushis and they are not this terrible. Never...
