KFC — Restaurant in Jakarta

One of the best KFC in town. I know the fried chicken is pretty much standardised, but the fried chicken here is just right. The crispyness, the oiliness (not too oily, which is good), the juiciness of the meat are all right on point.

I have tried about 2-3 times now. Hopefully it can keep its consistency.

The fried mashed potato or as we call it "perkedel" in local language, smells so freaking good, even inside your mouth. The organic rice is the best companion to balance it all. What is a meal without rice, especially to most asians right.

The menu I order is not a combo, as I need more less-fatty meat for protein. I order one spicy crispy fried chicken plus one orginal fried chicken plus a perkedel and an organic rice. This is my cheat day for the week, so why not, i thrown away most of the fatty skin but not the outer crispy crunchy part, after all, this is what I come here for. If the fat makes happy, then the fat is worth it, you can enjoy this so-called junk to your fullest and regret about it later or if you are bulking this is not so wrong.

Tempat strategis, depannya macet maklum masuk perumahan, baru sekali kali ke KFC sini gabakal mau kesini lagi. Sumpah gue pesen paket 50k dapet kentang burger ayam+nasi softdrink cola 2. Seperti biasa, klo gak liat iklan paket di papan belakang gabakal ditawarin paket2 murcenya KFC. Pertama nanya diatas boleh gak, katanya diatas belom buka gaboleh makan diatas, padahal dari parkir gue bisa lihat ada yg pada makan dan ngeroko diatas, mungkin limited kali tempatnya dan gue orang jauh gaboleh makan diatas (maybe). Next disini awal rasa kesel gue, mas2nya bilang nanti kentang sama burger gue diantar, btw gue pesen paket itu ada tambahan cream soup sama aqua ya, jadi gak 50k 50k amat sekitar 70k an gue bayar total. Dari awal gak respect sama masnya, pas gue mau ganti pesanan ya kaya kesel gitu, trus bilang kentang sama burger gue dianter. Yaudah gue tungguin sambil makan cream soup sama rujak yg gue beli. Sampe laki gue selesai makan nasi+ayamnya, belum dianter juga ntuh kentang sama burger gue. Gue ke kasir nanya ke mba2, "mba mau tanya pesenan saya kentang sm burgernya belum ya", trus mba2nya jawab "iya nanti dianter ka kentangnya". Gue tanya lagi "trus burgernya?". Mbanya jawab "iya nanti dianter ka sekalian burgernya", sumpah gue nanya dong pesenan gue karena gak dateng2, tapi lo tau gak tuh mba2 kasirnya malah gak sopan anjir, bisik2 sama mas2 sampingnya sambil liatin gue, lah gue liatin balik aja, nantangin banget. Trus diantertuh kentangnya, FYI baru digoreng anjir panas banget gila kentang gorengnya, trus gue tanya mas2 yg anter mas burgernya mana ya, dia minta struk gue, gue kasih kan trus dia balik ke meja kasir. Akhirnya dikasih burger gue, mas2 pelayan yg anternya baik, tapi mba2 sama mas2 yg awal layanin gue sumpah rasanya klo gak ada laki gue, udah gue samperin najis GAK SOPAN woy gak dilatih apa sebelum layanin customer.
