KFC — Restaurant in Jakarta

Today might be my very last visit to this outlet. I ordered paket Super Besar 4 for a dine-in lunch. It was a crispy chicken burger + 1 small french fries + 2 pieces of chicken wings + small coke. I paid 42K in total. That is definitely not a very cheap lunch. Chicken wings and coke were good, hence to my surprise, they served me soggy french fries. It's exactly around 12 noon, come on guys don't you have fresh item to serve?? So I asked to change the fries and returned back to where i was sitting. After 5-10 minutes they gave me my "new" fries which i knew for sure that it was exactly my earlier fries that they fry again for a few minutes. I sure can tell the difference. The crispy burger, which turned out not crispy at all, also disappointing. As you can see in the picture attached. Just chicken patty + small amount of coleslaw and small amount of dressings/mayonnaise. Local brand burgers do much better than you guys !!!. The place smells foul, especially near the restroom area. The service could use really use some help, we were standing, waiting for our food for 10 minutes before they finally told us that they'll bring it to our table. Though they have automated machine for us to order, we are still required to confirm our order with the cashier, making the whole function of the machine being there pointless.
