Tried out this place due to the voucher I received from other tenant located in the mall. Too bad the voucher is not too useful, but since I am already there and it's raining I decided to try out the hotpot.
Since I have no clue about their menu and don't really want to think too much about it, I ordered their package menu for 1-3 person with 2 broth.
The Mala broth is a bit too spicy for me, but the other one (chicken) is quite good. The price is relatively affordable considering that the place is quite big and there's a lot of space. There's not many customers in the restaurant though. Kinda weird considering how full the mall is. Also even though they already have a stove at the desk, they brought out a regular mini stove on top of it.
The waiters are very kind and attentive, they explained the menus correctly and patiently. The portion is quite OK, I also ordered one portion of tofu since it tasted good with the broth. The basic package with the tofu is quite filling for a two person dinner. Ended up with around 330k for both of us.
If I were to eat here again I might want to try out the collagen or the other ala carte menu that...
Read moreOrdered two broths (Collagen soup and Pork Ribs soup), both of which were exceptional in flavor and quite unique. The taste was delightful, making the broth a highlight of the meal. However, the portion sizes for the pork, vegetables, mushrooms, and other ingredients were somewhat small considering the price, which I found to be on the higher side.
The ambience of the restaurant was excellent, offering a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service. The staff could be more attentive to their surroundings, and the speed of service could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience.
Overall, I would rate my experience 4 out of 5. The broths were fantastic, but improvements in service and portion size would make it even better.

Read morethe soup is bland, the view is nice, the service is great
my tips for you: don't order the golden soup, it's expensive but bland order chicken soup or others in similar price range, then go to the seasonings bar and get fermented bean curd, coriander, garlic, mala spices, and others as you like it, put them inside your pot and stir; basically you cook your own soup don't be shy at the seasonings bar; get as many bowls as you need and sample all of the seasonings: sand tea, peanut paste, etc make sure that you like the soup you mixed before putting in the meat or vegetable as the heating system is really efficient and can get the temperature high quickly take a good look at the menu before you ask for recommendation from the waitress; their menu is quite expansive and the waitress tend to recommend only 1 or 2...
