Really confused by the reviews here. We came here, and were treated like garbage by extraordinarily lazy staff, that completely ignored us. Took about 9 tries to get someones attention to take our order, and every person working there acted like it was a huge hassle to do their job. Ordered the katmir, as I ate plenty of katmir in Turkey, and was excited to see it outside Turkey finally.

Big mistake. First off, not sure how you can justify calling this katmir. It was NOTHING like true katmir, just some fusion dough filled with cheese, which is NOT what katmir is. I give it a 5 out of 10. Everything else was decidedly mediocre as well. Nothing tasted authentic, or particularly tasty. Between the disappointing food, and the bad attitude of staff, we definitely won't be coming back.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but no excuse for the behaviors, and the food truly was a poor imitation of what you'd expect from this...

We were excited to try this place for the 1st time. It was saturday night and the place was very busy. Full and always new guests coming in.

We got there at 17.00.Our salad and hummus came out at 19.30. Our additional orders of 3 pots of tea and 2 orders of main course took about 1.5 hours to come. Twice they brought the wrong order to our table. I started to lose patience and checked the list of our orders to ensure they got it right on the bill.

The supervisor remains kind and polite despite obviously overwhelmed with the busy evening. Couldve benefited from clearer division of responsibilities of each staff and stick to it (from waiters, servers, cashier, cleaners, head chef, etc) and floor management system so it wont be as chaotic. I feel bad for the staff (perhaps getting numerous complaints from customer).

So let’s just be clear here, if you are looking for good atmosphere it is the place However, the food wasn’t so good. We have ordered kabab mix grill but we didn’t what we expected pr what the waiter explained for us. It was less quantity even though I asked for what is included prior ordering. The orange juice we ordered was filled with ice so you basically drink water !!! It is only good for sitting and decoration. Ordering breads was taking too much time although they told us it is only few minutes. Too expensive for the food...
