a 3 stars for the parking lots, 4 stars for the price, 3 stars for cleanliness but i rated 5 stars for the food's taste. So all in all 4 stars rating was fair enuff rite..My mom often brought home some pepes ikan n pecak ikan, an authentic Betawi food from here. So this time i got the chance to taste it right from the place. And it was worthed. Though' it's been a lil' hot outside becoz of the temp but the food amazed me. The Corn Fritters aka Bakwan Jagung is crispy and tastuly also the fried batter tofu. and off course the Fab "Pecak Ikan Nila" spicy but crispy in a chillis and onion broth....

The tastiest jengkol menu is the chilli fried one. The nasi uduk is most often finished by evening. Others taste so-so (never tried the meat & fish menu). Variable options for vegetarian menu, so this is great. Parking space is a rather limited, better night time coz customers with cars can park on the road...

They serve Betawi cuisine such as Soto Betawi, Pecak (gurame, lele, mas, nila), pucung (gabus, nila, etc), nasi uduk, semur and balado jengkol, ayam goreng, semur, etc. Their red sambal is great!
They have evolved to a literally blue tent warung to a proper restaurant, even if it's not air-conditioned, but the place is airy.
I will surely be back and be a regular, even if it's ain't close...
