I asked the differences between 2 types of satay and the waiters relied on a picture in the menu instead of clear verbal communication.

Nestled in Citra Experience, Kemayoran, Jakarta, Sate Khas Senayan proved a culinary gem after a day of exploration. Wondering how fancy satay compares to street stalls, we were pleasantly surprised.

Different from roadside flavours, it offered a fresher, richer profile with top-notch ingredients. Served on a hot plate above coals, the visual appeal heightened the experience.
