Orderan masuk dr jam 17.15, dijanjikan pelayanya saat pesan, tunggu smpai 15-20menit. Sy oke. Tp smpe jam 18.00 ikan bakar menu utama yg sy pesan justru belum jg datang. Dr tempatnya msh lumayan sepi (msh bnyak meja kosong) smpe akhirnya banyak meja penuh, tp ikan bakar tsb blm jg datang! Artinya sy pesan ke resto tsb dlm keadaan resto bukan padat pelanggan. Harusnya pelayannya gak seworst kemarin dong.
Sy sampai sdh tanya ke pelayan yg ada disana, selalu dijwb tunggu sbntr dgn sambil ngomong di walkie talkie tp NOTHING! Sampe sy kesal, semua makanan yg lain sdh keluar dan smpai DINGIN semua. Es batu smpai mencair semua. Tp belum jg ikan bakarnya sampai.
Dan tau apa yg terjadi?? KESALAHAN ADA DI DAPUR KALIAN! Pelayan kalian yg bilang sendiri ke sy, kesalahan ada di dapur kalian. Tp yg sy sesalkan, kenapa dr kalian yg ngakunya penanggung jwb di saung belakang, malah tidak memberikan solusi! Cuma bilang di cancel aja? WHAT? Sy sdh tunggu 45 menitan, tp dgn entengnya bilang Cancel aja? Sinting ya? Harus sy marah", tanya ke kalian, baru kalian cari tau problemnya dmna. Pdhal sy sudah tanya 3x, tp solusinya ga ada! Dan cuma bilang cancel aja?
Rugi waktu, rugi tenaga krn sy punya agenda lain harusnya stelah dr sini, waktu terbuang sia" cuma perkara nunggu ikan bakar karena kesalahan dapur kalian! Dan dgn santainya bilang cancel aja!
Berkali" sy complain marah, ada satu karywan yg selalu menjawab pertanyaan sy. Kalau udah tau salah, ya terima! Jgn jwb terus! Malah jawab : "ibu tanya ke siapa? Kalau ibu tanya ke sy smpai 3x pasti sy bantu"
Heh masss belajar lebih lagi ya! Sy sbg customer gak mau tau sy tanya ke siapa, ada pelayan atau kry lewat pasti sy tanya. Intinya sy tanya udah 3x, urusan kalian kalau ternyata koordinasi kalian tidak lancar, yg sy tau sbg cust waktu sy terbuang dan niat utk makan jd hilang.
Seharusnya kalau tau salah, SADARIN MINTA MAAF JANGAN JAWAB MULU PIKIRIN SOLUSI UNTUK COSTOMER. Iniii jawabbb mulu, smpe didepan manager kalian, masih aja jawab mulu tuh kry!
Sy sdh bertemu dgn manager kalian, endingnya sy diberikan dis 30%, tp sy tetap mau memberikan rating disini. Krn ini honest review, kalau sy ga marah", ga complain, sy rasa ga akan sy diberikan kompensasi itu. ga ngasih solusi apa", baru stelah sy ngotot utk ktmu manager kalian, barulah disitu ada solusi. Sy justru harus berusaha cari manager kalian supaya kalian berbenah! Katanya udah 9th, tp solving problem aja kok bingung. Kalau kalian sbg karyawan biasa bingung mau solusi sprti apa, TANYA KE LEADER kalian. Complaint pelanggan justru jangan di abaikan! Dan pelanggan disuruh nungguuu terus. Kita kesana mau makan beneran bukan makan angin disuruh nunggu terus tanpa kepastian.
