Noodle (bakmi) restaurant with a concept of cafe, but not to be "cafe" enough.
First think first, let's talk about the food. As per its name suggests, they provide bakmi oven which usually bakmi is served by boiling, but it is cooked by the oven instead. My recommendation is garlic butter chicken noodle but this time I tried kecombrang fried noodle. The "kecombrang" taste a bit in the beginning but gone long after you eat. The garlic and fried onions taste is too dominant, but still like it. It is quite oily so don't put too much oil as they also provide the oil condiments. Kecombrang fried noodle costs for 53k rupiah.
For the drink, the cheapest is the mineral water for about 10k rupiah. I order vanilla tea which you can adjust the sugar level. It costs about 23k. I order for the less sugar level but still too sweet for me.
The most unique thing is the wash basin. They provide free face cleanser to wash your face. "Use it wisely and don't take the cleanser home" as mentioned in the sign.
My suggestion is to reorganize or change the seats to make it more comfy to be a "cafe" since they also serve coffee. And also don't forget to provide electricity if really want to accept my suggestion.
The price is quite moderate-to-expensive. For 3 menus, you have to pay for more than 100k rupiah and the tax is...
Read moreI recently visited Bakmi Sedjuk in Cijantung, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The noodles were perfectly cooked—soft and chewy with just the right texture. The flavors were incredibly authentic, bringing out the deliciousness of traditional bakmi. I particularly enjoyed how the broth was rich and savory, yet not too overwhelming.
The portions were generous, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Their chicken was tender, and the crispy shallots on top added a nice crunch to the dish. They also offer a great selection of sides that complement the bakmi really well.
The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
If you’re looking for an affordable, tasty meal with authentic flavors, Bakmi Sedjuk is a must-visit!

Read moreOkay, just being honest. I'm here for the good vibes and space for having a cozy meeting with friends and colleagues.
Themed interior as well as a good and fragrant toilet are a big plus this place has. Another thing, they have two different spot here, I call it "dark" and "bright" spots. Former one being placed distance away from windows and later one placed nearer to windows, thus name implies. Personally, I chose later one since It creates more cheerful vibes over the other one.
Their foods ? Quite nice, actually. Though, don't expect a luxurious one. Believe me, once you're here with friends, food and drink will be the last thing you'll ever put your thoughts to. Next thing you'll ever notice, time flies really quick here. Simply because you have such nice chat...
