The foods mostly are delicious, the VIP (karaoke) room is very good and the sound dampening of the room is great.

The karaoke sound system on room 6 is good when compared to competitors, but could be better. I think it would be better if they reduce the low frequency of the mic.

The battery on the mics are poor. On our karaoke session the battery had run out more than 3 times (total about 4 hours in the room eating then singing). I checked the batteries on the mic and found that they are using energizer rechargeable batteries. They should try using (white) sanyo/panasonic eneloop batteries, they can hold charge much longer in...

Was invited here for a dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The staffs were professional, and I can feel their senyum sapa salam gesture, but a little bit lacking. So 85/10 on senyum sapa salam. Booked VIP room on 1st floor. First time i survey the rooms, i already in love with the interior arrangement and furniture. Gives you cozy and elegant feel. Very suitable for private family or group dinner and it also has karaoke service (but the selection of songs are limited especially for chinese and other foreign song like korean) Staffs are professional and caring.
