Tadi saya kesini order 2 dory salted egg and egg, 1 chicken teriyaki, 1 enoki fried, 1 ayam geprek sambal matah san 1 air mineral. Saya order dimulai dr 12.30, dan masih banyak meja kosong. Hampir setengah jam menunggu, yang keluar hanya enoki fried, chicken teriyaki dan 1 porsi dory salted egg and egg. 2 makanan lagi tidak keluar. 15 menit kemudian saya tanya, kondisi resto sudah mulai penuh, dan orderan meja2 yang baru datang sudah mulai keluar, tetapi 2 orderan makanan saya tetap tidak keluar. Setelah saya tegur, akhirnya keluar ayam geprek sambal matah. Sampai 13.45, 1 porsi dory salted egg tidak keluar juga. Akhirnya saya minta panggil managernya. Dan tidak punya manager katanya! Akhirnya pelayan mengaku lupa input orderan! Luar biasa! Sampai 1 jam lebih ditunggu tidak ada makanan. Kelihatan banget leadernya juga gak bisa backup....
