Why I rate 1 star is that the food is so so only. But the price is extremely expensive. 50k+ for a nasi goreng. 5 times more than the market price. If you charge 5 times I expect the food to be 5 times nicer or more quantity. Portions is extremely small. My 5 years old daughter finish 1 plate. Adults will not have enough. There's even hair in the food. I ask the server why got hair. He just walk away. Very rude. Look at my photos...

Biasa makanannya enak sekali, tapi hari ini masakannnya hancur sekali. Berendam minyak, benyek, tidak enak, tidak wangi. Nasi goreng pakai nasi basah; ceker ayam super berendam minyak; semua serba bermasalah. Ditanya, ternyata koki nya di ganti. Kalau koki nya di ganti permanent, berarti Imperial Kitchen mau jadi calon gulung tikar. Dimana managementnya? Kok tidak peduli?? Koki sembarang ganti, bukan yang mahir/terlatih lagi, langsung main terjun ke lapangan. Geleng kepala. Tidak bisa dimakan, langsung buang semua...
