Anita Garden — Restaurant in Java

Anita Garden is located in the north of Solo city. It gives you a place with an outdoor concept where you will feel like blending with nature. There is a small park with a pond where we can enjoy the nature while enjoying the meals. Many plants are planted in the area of this restaurant, so that it raises fresh atmosphere. It is kid friendly, because it has a train that kids and parents can use the facility. With only Rp 15,000 per kid, mom or daddy and their kids can enjoy the ride for around 10 minutes. Actually the place is so comfy and the ambience is nice. The food is quite alright too. On the service, I went there at around 7.15 pm, ordered and paid upfront, food came at around 7.45, and at 8 pm, they are closing and the staffs are leaving, even the lamps were turned off while there were still some customers who didn't finish eating, including us.

On the map it says that the opening hours is up to 22.00, and it's Saturday night! Then we went home alone, in darkness, even the parking staff was also gone, and he asked the parking money upfront. Please...

Udah beberapa kali datang ke sini. Tempatnya nyaman banget. Makanannya lumayanlah. Maka dari itu kami ke sini lagi karena rekomended lah. Tapi saat kemarin saat Hari Kamis, tanggal 20 April 2023, saya datang bersama keluarga mau pesan makan. Sayangnya staf dan pelayannya satupun tidak ada yang melayani, karena semua stafnya sedang briefing berdiri melingkar di tengah taman(berdiri di antara tempat meja pelanggan duduk). Kami duduk di situ tapi tetap tidak digubris,mereka tetap briefing. Sampai kami tunggu berapa lama. Akhirnya ada petugas kasir yang melayani pelanggan lainnya saat ingin membayar. Dan saya tanya ini sampai berapa lama briefingnya. Dijawab: masih 30 menit lagi. Dan saya tanya lagi jam berapa tutupnya? Dijawab jam 8 malam. Padahal saat itu sudah hampir jam 7 malam (karena biasanya tutup jam 9 malam). Akhirnya saya tidak jadi pesan menu, karena kalau dipikir² habis waktu buat nunggu mereka briefing, sama nunggu masakannya, keburu tutup, habis waktu.

Herannya kenapa staf dan pelayan harus briefing di jam resto masih buka? Itu kan jam kerja mereka. Akibatnya pelanggan teracuhkan dan tidak terlayani.
