I will summary the review on top section: Price tag 2/5 points Service 2~3/5 points inbetween Atmosphere 4/5 points Food taste 1/5 poin So, they make the average of 2,25/5 points in total.
This was a glimpse story telling of our experiences, we were a group pf 5. Begin with Pricing - guests are required to pay minimum charge of 100k/person in the entrance. Later on for additional bill more than 100k can pay on the cafe cashier. Food Menu are around 50k above, Beverages Menu are around similar pricetag. We ordered Olive Pizza costs 80k-ish, carbonara 50k-ish, aglio olio 50k-ish, Chicken skewers (in steak section) 80k-ish, ice chocolate, americano, hot matcha, and lychee tea. Tax 10% and service fee +/-2%. Actually pricetag is still acceptable, yet the food and service did not meet any acception of these pricing, especially the minimum spend. (A humble apology to not be able to provide the exact amount of pricelist bcs its been a while and have a short term memory lost)
Next, the first impression of service was good, waiter were all using HT communication tool, asked our name and inform our seat was number 2 on the hill. We went inside but the waiter inside did not understand about seat number 2 on the hill and apparently some other guests sat on the second seat on the hillš So we asked to move to sit in the terrace. It was hard to ask anything to the mobile waiter, they were like busy on the guests and kept forgot to bring what we asked. Even tissue was provided at the last minutes.
Atmosphere was great honestly speaking, however the live music should practice more. Still give a 4 stars for how great Thou art supports this restaurant with an amazing view.
Last point was the bottom part that hard to believe, food. We ordered in 2 batches since we planned to enjoy the view until sunset. Taste just bland in our first batch order (Olive pizza and Carbonara), then informed the cashier Lady and got feedback of inadequate salt (which wow me how a salt can solve a tasteless things in her knowledge), at last she offered a paper of comment sheet to inform their chef. Second batch order, we got Aglio Olio with super salty pallete, but luckly the Chicken Skewers was great! So here, i will only recommend Chicken Skewers. Still so much gap to be improved. Therefore it was so hard to spend 100k/person *5 which made 500k in total here, as all the taste was under expectation. Beverages presentation between that pricetag was also below average.
This is a really poor performance Iāve ever experienced, but we do hope this great place to improve somehow along the way. Good luck...

We were 6, so we had to pay 600k. This was fine, BUT, we have to actually finish the whole 600k in one order!! You cant just buy some coffees and chill, and some snacks/food on the go. You have to finish 600k all at one order, meaning if you want to get something else you have to pay for more. they limit you for only 1 hour entry ! Really bro? We ordered COLD SODA WATER, we even made sure to the waitress that it would be cold when served + ice. When it came, it wasn't cold at all. It's soda water bro! Its not good if it's warm, right? So we asked them to remove the soda water from the bill, and they said they couldn't do it. We didn't even open it yet !! So we asked to speak to the manager, he came in about 10 mins, and wasn't behaving too nicely as a manager. (Jangan dicompare sama bapak2 satpam BCA yang luar biasa, ini lebih kayak debt collector.) After a long useless chat with the manager, the mbak cashier came to us, and she wanted to clear this problem, and said that she would pay for the soda water because it couldn't be removed from the system, she was a better fit as a manager then you are Mr. F. (initial) . It wasn't her fault though....
The "soda water money" then ends up with Mr. Dendy (the tall waiters) as a TIP, for being sooooo nice taking great pictures of me and my family. You did good job Mr Dendy! Hope you see this post. And hope you get a better...

Kemudian saat saya menolak untuk sign, baru dijelaskan bahwa ini adalah SOP jika ada customer yang hendak melakukan blocking area, tetapi karena saya tidak membuat event, maka tanpa CL tadi, tidak apa². Jujur saja, jika saya sebagai customer, saya langsung merasa nggak nyaman. Saya pun sudah langsung berpikir untuk membatalkan dinner saya malam ini, hanya saja karena saya sudah menyerahkan uang jaminan booking, maka dengan terpaksa, saya urungkan niat saya. Karena sekilas, maaf, saya merasa terjebak (sudah menyerahkan DP, kemudian mendapatkan CL, meskipun CL tadi dianulir) Mengapa kecewa? Karena sejak awal sudah saya sampaikan bahwa saya hendak mengadakan dinner, kalaupun ada yg kurang dimengerti oleh pihak Olive, maka harusnya keinginan saya tadi digali lebih dalam. Apakah saya ada event, apa yg saya harapkan, kebutuhan saya apa, dst, dst. Tidak kemudian, saya sebagai customer diminta mematuhi rule yang tertuang dalam CL yang belum pernah dijelaskan sebelum saya menyerahkan uang jaminan. Karena posisinya di Cliff Mansion dan baru saja hujan, maka tantangan terbesar Olive Branch adalah "serangan serangga". Tadi salah satu makanan yang tersaji, terkontaminasi laron. Memang sih "diganti" hanya saja ... saya tidak merasa yakin bahwa itu diganti. Karena metode nya adalah makanan yang tercampur laron tadi diambil lebih dulu, kemudian dihidangkan makanan baru. Apakah memang benar diganti atau hanya laronnya saja yang dibuang kemudian makanan dihidangkan kembali? Kecuali metodenya adalah makanan pengganti disajikan lebih dulu, kemudian makanan lama baru diambil. Sehingga proses pertukarannya terlihat jelas di mata customer dan memang benar² makanan baru yang disajikan Maka berikutnya mulai dipikirkan terhadap insect control Chicken wings, waahh saya tadi langsung kecewa (tapi lupa hendak langsung menyampaikan ke team secara langsung). Kenapa? Karena bagian dalam ayamnya masih berwarna agak merah muda dan masih ada sedikit darahnya Untuk pembayaran menggunakan CC, dimasa depan bisa dipertimbangkan tanpa charge 2.5%, karena hal tersebut selain memberatkan customer dan setelah saya baca di google, praktik semacam ini adalah hal yang dilarang. Saya juga nggak tahu, apakah hal ini benar atau tidak. Meskipun saya sudah ditanya berulang kali oleh cashier, untuk memastikan metode pembayaran saya, tapi ya mau gimana lagi, saya harus melakukan pembayaran menggunakan CC dimana charge 2.5% dari total amount malam ini, ya cukup besar, sebesar 1 porsi makanan dan minuman untuk 1 orang Sayangnya ... malam ini ada 1 yang tidak terpenuhi, yaitu soda water, karena soda water tsb sudah habis saat weekend. Artinya food and beverage stock control nya perlu ada perbaikan. Dan saya sudah pesan 1 hari sebelumnya, artinya bisa di prepare lebih awal. Meskipun sudah dijelaskan saat saya menyerahkan list order, bahwa soda waternya kosong Mungkin ini bisa jadi alternatif, apalagi untuk customer yang modelnya "reseh" seperti saya. Untuk steak sauce nya bisa dong kombinasi 2 sauce tanpa extra charge apalagi dengan jumlah yang kami pesan malam ini. Berikutnya untuk semakin tambah semangat di masa depan Makanan dan platting nya cakep abis Variasi minumannya, semua yang saya pernah coba, semuanya enak dan unique Metode pelayanannya luar biasa ramah dan sigap. Cak cek, sat set, das des! Semuanya serba rapih, baik Mas² nya maupun Mbak² nya Taste makanan, sejauh ini semuanya enak, lagi² itu juga tergantung selera. Kalau buat saya, semuanya enak Keramahannya, senyumnya, kesopanannya ... nggak kalah sama hotel bintang lima! No alcohol!!! Ini yang paling saya suka. Maka next, bisa dapet sertifikasi halal
