Unknown Coffee Palur — Restaurant in Java

Went here with my daughter, we were having some fusion pasta, various cold drinks and chicken. Food was alright, although for this kind of price folks can get better food somewhere else locally.

The interior was nice, although it definitely could use some more awning or outdoor/indoor vegetation, as it was scorching hot inside and outside. The AC/fan was not cold enough.

My daughter accidentally dropped a glass and the shards were everywhere, near her feet and hands. I immediately asked her to stay still, because safety. I rushed to one of the employee, the girl on the cashier, and told her so that the employee can quickly help. Instead of acknowledging the safety issue, the first thing she said was : “Oh you dropped a glass?” (As if they can’t hear the crash earlier) “You need to pay”.

Look, I don’t mind paying and I was about to offer compensation anyway. But if the first thing an establishment said in such situation is about paying a compensation, then their order of priority sucks. Here a child surrounder by shards on her legs and hands, all they care about is money.

It was less than 2 euro for anyone curious and it is really nothing. I would pay 10 euro or even more in tips if that means the service is excellent.

The cherry on top was when they accidentally put away my takeaway (lightly bitten overpriced croissant) in the bin. No compensation offered, nothing, just lame apology. I wonder if my apology would be enough to replace the broken glass as well 😂

Oh and one of the employee was smoking inside the establishment. Definitely not recommended if you hate smokes or with kids/babies.

All in all, ok food, poor poor customer service. The only saving grace is perhaps the parking man....

Pretty chill coffee spot around Palur—yeah, that Palur that’s been glowin’ up lately. Gotta admit, I was kinda surprised they had the guts to invest in a spot that’s technically on the city’s edge. But hey, turns out the gamble paid off—place gets a decent crowd.

The space is big and comfy, with both AC and non-AC areas so you can vibe however you like. Coffee’s not mind-blowing, but hey, it gets the job done.

Only downside? Kang Parkir 😂 Man’s got his own economy going on—charges whatever he feels like for car parking, no fixed rate, no mercy. Lowkey annoying when everything else is...

Kondisi : reservasi untuk 3 org di jam 17.30 (berbuka puasa). ketika sampai di tempat pisisi diberikan meja di smoking area dgn catatan dimeja kami pesan di smoking area (padahal reservasi indoor) kemudian ketika komplain tdk ada meja kosong sehingga terpaksa di smoking area. posisi datang pukul 17.00 dan sudah konfirmasi.

Keluhan : minuman dtaang pukul 17.48 (memaklumi karena kondisi ramai), makanan datang 18.30 (setelah 2 kali konfirmasi)

Masalah : ketika konfirmasi makanan ke pelayan katanya makanan sesuai dengan list kami mengeluhkan krn datang awal tp makanan tergolong akhir untuk costumer yg datang. katanya ada yg datang jam 19 padahal reservasi jam 17. kemudian kami diminta untuk menunggu krn makanan sdg disiapkan dan diberi opsi untuk boleh keluar cari makan dulu (?). menurut saya hal tersebut tdk bs dijadikan alasan karena kami dtg konfirmasi sudah dari jam 17 dan seharusnya reservasi untuk menghindri hal spt ini. kemudian 1.5 jam makanan datang dgn kondisi dingin.

sangat disayangkan untuk pengalaman pertama saya disini dgn harapan dpt mendapatkan pelayanan dan makanan yg sesuai dgn review org lain. saran untuk sistem pemesanannya diperbaiki dan lebih efektif agar tdk membuang buang waktu terutama menunggu makanan yg sudah dingin untuk waktu yg lama menurut saya tdk seharusnya. semoga...
