Furano Food & Coffee — Restaurant in Jember

I've just visit this place last night with reservation for 7 seat at 2nd floor. 2nd floor is quiet hot if it's not rainy or windy. Asking for waiters to fix the fan but never come until they come to serve the food. Some of the food taste is not bad but only never ever consider to order YAKI UDON. Later i know that it's just fried udon (taste not even better than mie goreng). We order 7 menu, 7 drink, 4 side dish but only 2 YAKI UDON was come with almost 1 hour and i can only seat to see all my family already finish the dinner.

The reason from waiters is because too many customer? If you can serve all the other menu with standard time then why only YAKI UDON came with so long time? It's embarassed if the restaurant can only manage the service if only very less customer coming to this place. I really need to go downstairs 2 times to check with the waiters.

I'm living in batam but jember is my hometown and i never have the service when visit restaurant like this. It makes bad impression for me with standar of japanese restaurant in jember with good rating few months ago.

The place is cozy, warm, and has japanese style. It's beautiful, yet not that spacious. It is suitable for couples, dates, friends around 2-5 people, and solo eating. Not suitable for family dining. The menu variation is normally middle to low class japanese restaurants which includes ramen, teriyaki beef, yakiniku beef, bento, and tempura, but the taste is not that special with the affordable price indeed. The drinks are not variative as well. But they have tea, wide variety of coffee (I am not coffee person), and milk on their menu. The atmosphere is great. It’s just a suggestion, but i think the 2nd floor needs an air conditioner bcs it was so hot in the afternoon. I love all the foods except the ramen. Ramens here are meh.
