I stayed here to celebrate my child’s birthday. This resort is quite spacious, with two swimming pools. The first pool is in front of the pool bar, while the other is located in front of the hotel rooms.

What I really liked about this place is that the pathways for visitors and hotel guests are separated, ensuring a high level of privacy.

The beach is very clean, and we even had the option to rent a boat, which made my child very happy.

Saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak management Tebebuya karena saya merasa sangat terbantu.

Sedikit cerita, saya sebelumnya sempat mengajukan reschedule melalui apk Traveloka. Akibat kelalaian saya yg kurang teliti, tanpa saya tahu ternyata proses reschedule tersebut belum saya selesaikan.

Kemudian saat hari H tiba, yaitu di tanggal check in sebelum saya reschedule, saya dichat oleh pihak Tabebuya karena sudah malam hari namun saya kok belum kunjung datang. Kemudian saya buka apk Traveloka dan saya syok ternyata pengajuan reschedule yg saya lakukan kemarin belum selesai alias sudah terbatalkan oleh sistem.

Singkat cerita saya menelpon pihak Traveloka dan Tabebuya. Dari pihak Traveloka tidak bisa sepenuhnya memberikan garansi karena semua kebijakan tergantung dari resort. Atas kebaikan dan persetujuan pihak Tabebuya akibat kelalaian saya tempo hari, alhamdulillah pihak Tabebuya menyetujui reschedule saya yg dilakukan betul2 di detik terakhir sebelum jam operasional resort berakhir🥹

Pada intinya adalah pihak Tabebuya sangat mentoleransi kelalaian saya. Alasan reschedule saya mungkin cukup logis, karena kendaraan yg hendak saya gunakan menuju Tabebuya tiba2 opname di bengkel dan terpaksa harus saya undur rencana menginap tersebut.
